SITEQUIP HEAVY DUTY MODULAR WORKBENCH SYSTEM

Sitequip's heavy duty workbenches provide the ideal work and storage solutions for the maintenance fitter, technician, assembler and tradesman. Sturdy workbench surfaces takes on your toughest job - choose from extra heavy duty 3mm steel, medium duty 2mm steel, 38mm lacquered MDF timber top, laminate over timber top or 2mm stainless steel top for food or pharmaceutical use.

Standard workbenches are 1200mm or 1800mm wide x 780mm deep and 900mm high to work surface. A height adjustable option is available which allows workbench height adjustment from 750mm up to 1000mm in 50mm increments. A range of accessories are available to enable you to customize your work bench.

SITEQUIP MOBILE WORKBENCHES

Sitequip's industrial mobile workbenches provide the ideal mobile maintenance platform for technicians and maintenance fitters. These workbenches feature adjustable height legs, heavy duty castors with brakes and a variety of accessories including lockable drawers and cupboards.

GALVANISED UTILITY WORKBENCH RANGE

Sturdy galvanized utility workbenches - ideal for manufacturing, assembly work and packaging. A range of optional accessories include: Drawers, backs, end panels and doors can be fitted. All benches can be fitted with castors to enable easy mobility.

There are 3 workbench top choices:
- Standard 1.2mm galvanized steel with central stiffener
- Heavy duty 2.4mm galvanized steel with central stiffener
- Timber - 32mm MDF

BOTT WORK BENCHES

Work benches from Bott are robust and practical, ergonomic and flexible. A wide range of product variants gives you the freedom to configure solutions to your personal specification. Tailor-made workbenches are indispensable additions to any workshop.

- Continuous height adjustment from 790-940 mm
- Load capacity per drawer: 100 kg

DELUXE GARAGE WORK BENCH RANGE

The deluxe work bench range provides an economical range of workbenches that are available in a wide variety of configurations incorporating lockable cabinets and rear storage units. The wide choice of styles means that there is a standard configuration that will fit almost every work and storage requirement.

The deluxe work bench range features a strong all steel body with high strength welded construction and are fitted with as standard a galvanized worktop. The lockable cabinets include 2 adjustable shelves and reinforced doors with a secure 3 point locking system. The rear storage unit can be specified with either louvre panels to suit plastic storage bins or alternatively perforated panel to facilitate the storage of tools.

STAINLESS STEEL PREPARATION TABLES

The stainless steel workbenches are a must for cleanroom environments where stringent hygiene regulations must be complied with. The preparation tables have full stainless steel construction including stainless steel legs, heavy duty reinforced top and lower shelf with 48cm clearance between top and shelf.

The tables are fitted with 125mm chrome plated, ball bearing brake castors. The stainless steel preparation tables are part of our large range of stainless steel workbenches trolleys, instruments trolleys and hygiene equipment.

STAINLESS STEEL WORKBENCHES

Our range of off-the-shelf modular stainless steel workbenches include stainless steel sinks, tables, benches, wall shelves and trolleys. All products are manufactured in 1.2 gauge grade 304 stainless steel with No. 4 finish.

- Work Tops: 1.2mm thick 304 grade no. 4 finish
- Cores: 3.0mm zinc alume
- Frames/legs: 38mm - round stainless steel tube satin polished 1.2mm thick
- Undershelves: 1.2mm thick 304 grade no. 4 finish with 'top hat' reinforcement

SITEQUIP MOBILE WORKBENCHES

High quality Australian made mobile tool cabinets, ideal for manufacturing, maintenance or other demanding industrial applications. These durable mobile tool cabinets are fitted with a heavy duty top and finished in a long wearing powder coat finish. These versatile units are available in various configurations including an optional tool top and provision for a vice. The lockable cupboard includes an internal adjustable shelf.

MOBILE MAINTENANCE TROLLEYS

Sitecraft�s versatile mobile work benches feature solid beech multiplex worktops, lockable drawer and cupboard unit.

- 2 fixed castors and 2 swivel castors with brakes
- Drawers, doors and optional tool board can be locked separately
- Drawer feature individual trigger locks
- Available in various sizes and configurations

INDUSTRIAL CUPBOARDS

- The ultimate standalone mini workshop. Tyre industrial strength housing, coupled with internal worktops, drawers, shelves and panel storage
- Heavy gauge welded steel construction
- High capacity drawers glide on roller bearings even when fully loaded.(75kg capacity)
- Load capacity: Shelves (100kg), worktops (75kg). Drawers with normal slides (Load capacity75kg, height 100mm, Internal dimensions 880mmW x 440mmD)
- Security ensured by three point locking system operated by flush fitting handle

COMPUTER CABINETS

These versatile industrial computer cabinets provide IP50 rated storage for a desktop and/or for a tower PC. Features integrated forklift base and a AC fan to protect against overheating. A stainless steel computer cabinet is also available for use in food and pharmaceutical environments.

INDUSTRIAL SEATING/CHAIRS

Our range of industrial and cleanroom chairs are used extensively in industrial workplaces, factory production lines, wet areas, laboratories or clean room environments. Our selection of commercial seating products include sit-stand seats, standing chairs, safety stools, industrial chairs, cleanroom chairs and chairs for use in demanding environments including laboratory and pharmaceutical manufacturing areas.
